Hands down this is one of the most spectacular building spots on St Croix. Great topography for a custom home. Excellent East End building site, complete with expansive views of the Caribbean Sea and Buck Island. The previous owner was a very respected builder and he especially choose this plot to build a home. Poor heath changed his dream. Don't miss this one. It's a builder's choice.
