Martina is a second generation real estate professional – her father, Victor Durant (Durant Real Estate),was a well known broker of many years.

Martina’s ancestry dates back to the early settlers in North Eleuthera, the Bahamas, as well as the Caribbean island of Barbados.

She has a strong background in business and customer relations, having successfully managed multiple retail stores for 14 years. Martina built a solid clientele through hard work and by going the extra mile for her customers.

She became a BREA licensed real estate agent in 2008 and her expertise is in residential sales and rentals.
