About Me
Mindy Dice has called St. Croix home for 34 years. After arriving in 1991, she quickly fell in love with the island vibe. Working in nearly every aspect of the service industry—including restaurants, retail, and hotels—gave her the opportunity to truly understand many facets of island life while building a vast network of clients, vendors, and colleagues.
In 2011, she joined Coldwell Banker St. Croix Realty, where she has excelled in all areas of real estate, including property management, long-term rentals, vacation rentals, and sales. Having been a renter herself for many years, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping others find the perfect fit. Mindy is also highly experienced in real estate transactions, bringing patience, dedication, and genuine care to every buyer and seller she works with.
Mindy established Team Paradice in 2019, expanding her business with new agents and team members to provide professional and quality service across all areas of real estate. Her leadership and dedication have earned recognition: she and her team received the 2020 International Society Award, and she has been a member of the International President’s Circle for the past three years—placing her among the top 4% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.
Mindy loves the natural beauty of St. Croix and its diverse community rich in culture and history. She has also raised her daughter on the island, giving her an even deeper appreciation for the close-knit community and unique lifestyle St. Croix offers. In her free time, she can often be found relaxing under a shady tree at her favorite beach.
