A split level building comprising 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, at the upper level and 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom at the lower level.

A single storey building with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, and office/study area, currently occupied by the Owner.

There is an approx. 8000 gallon swimming pool between the two main buildings with spacious pool deck. The mature tropical gardens are bordered by natural cutstone walls and there’s lots of parking, sufficient for about 7 cars.
