Chris Powers wakes up each day feeling fortunate to have lived on the beautiful island of St. Croix for over 22 years, and grateful to have found his true home after living all over the country. His journey to the US Virgin Islands began in Eugene, Oregon, and a love for the island’s sunshine and warm weather led him to a dedicated life and career on St. Croix. His deep-rooted knowledge of the island’s estates, neighborhoods and communities is the foundation of his successful real estate career, which began more than a decade ago. He enjoys taking photos and videos of the island’s landscapes and wildlife, from the deer and peacocks in his own yard to the turtles nesting on the beach. A lover of books and an avid reader, a passionate home cook, and a devoted fan of the San Francisco Giants, Chris’ life reflects a blend of professional excellence and personal enjoyment.
