A vibrant and lifelong resident of St. Thomas – with 58 years of experience calling the island home – Clarita Todman brings an unmatched local perspective and boundless energy to the world of real estate in the US Virgin Islands.

Clarita is passionate about guiding clients through the process of buying or selling on this “wonderful island to live or vacation on.”  As a single mother and proud grandmother, she understands the importance of finding the perfect place to build a life.  Her personal love for DIY projects, building, and creating make her a naturally detail-oriented agent, always looking beyond the surface to assess a property’s potential and ensure every transaction is handled with precision.
