Having the best of both worlds his eye for detail in building information systems combined with his knowledge of the local financial sector makes him a competitive Realtor to his peers, but also a knowledgable one for his clients. His business ethics is built on: dedication, communication, determination and trust, while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all of his client’s Real Estate needs.
Growing up as a kid, Claud participated in many sporting activities with a concentration in Track & Field. Here is where Claud can attest to the saying “Hard work pays off,” as he was able to represent The Bahamas on an international level; and hold records to this day in his specialty event – the 800 meters. With Track & Field being a huge part of his life, he pays it forward by voluntarily coaching in the same track club that he once ran with.
When Claudlyn wasn’t running, he was playing the Congo drums at the National Dance School of The Bahamas. Here is where he also gained the exposure of representing The Bahamas on an international level experiencing different cultures of the worlds. In short one can see why versatility comes as a second nature to him.
Claudlyn has a fond love for Bahamian vernacular and the influence of colonialism seen through the islands to this date. His keen interests in architecture of The Bahamas go hand-in-hand when showing a property and being able to educate clients of a design or the materials use to build it.
When Claudlyn isn’t busy keeping up with the market trends in the industry or showing a listing, you can find him on a boat deep-sea fishing with friends and family, coaching at the stadium or engaging in simple converse with like minded individuals.
