With over a decade of living on the beautiful island of St. Thomas Deborah Woods has developed a deep appreciation for its charm, breathtaking views and most importantly, its strong community. As a dedicated mom to two amazing sons and a proud grandmother to four energetic grandchildren, she understands the importance of creating spaces where families and friends can come together to make lifelong memories.

Her journey to real estate is rooted in a passion for design, hospitality and island living. Deborah has spent most of her career in interior design, including custom creations and owning a fabric store. Upon moving to St. Thomas, she enjoyed the unique experience of working on a daysail boat, which she still considers the best job ever! In 2019, she transitioned into property management overseeing various properties, including a boutique hotel and a yoga retreat, while managing property maintenance, construction projects, and guest services. These experiences have provided her with valuable insights into what makes St. Thomas such a sought-after destination.

Embracing the island lifestyle, Deborah enjoys sailing, snorkeling and hiking. She is also passionate about giving back to the community through regular beach cleanups and co-creating an annual regatta that connects all three Virgin Islands.
