About Me

Guido Rolle has an extensive background in the hospitality and construction development. Before joining the Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty team, he was a sales operations manager for RAV Bahamas, a well-known top real estate developer in Bimini. During his time at RAV, Guido gained extensive knowledge of the Bimini Luxury Real Estate market. His experience with international buyers marketing and selling the developments’ extensive inventory, led to a seamless transition with the Lightbourn Realty team.

His networking and communication skills have allowed him to work with top international brokers and clients with ease. Guido has attended numerous international real estate networking events where he has successfully completed numerous luxury real estate training courses. Guido quickly rose to the top with Lightbourn Realty, winning the “Top Rookie Agent” award after his first year, followed by the “Top Listing Agent” award in 2019. Continuing on this path, Guido qualified for Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Society for the year 2020, a designation ranking him in the top 25% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Guido was awarded Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Elite for the year 2021, placing him in the top 3% of over 100,000 agents globally. In 2022, Guido received Coldwell Banker’s Global Luxury Certification as well as The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations, both awarded through extensive training, experience and proven performance in the upper-tier luxury market.

Specializing in the resort and second home markets, in particular within the Bimini Bay community, Guido has been involved in more high-end sales in Bimini than any other agent in The Bahamas (according to the Bahamas MLS).
