Tracing her roots back to the late 1700s, Lydia is a ninth generation Abaconian born on Man-O-War Cay, a small outer cay in the Abaco Islands. Known to be honest, hard-working and fiercely loyal to family and friends, these genuine qualities of Abaco residents were instilled in Lydia from a very young age.

With a keen eye for detail, combined with her sharp technology skills, positive energy and warm personality, Lydia realized real estate was a natural career fit for her and became licensed in 2009. Offering a personalized approach to each and every client, Lydia is always up for the challenge of matching buyers with their ideal property, while carefully walking them through every step of the process.

Owner of Abaco Vacation Planner, Lydia has been managing vacation rentals for many years and has a loyal clientele network with whom she enjoys sharing her love and intimate knowledge of the Abacos. Whether matching a family with the perfect rental property, securing the perfect piece of paradise for enjoyment or as an investment, or working closely with a seller to market their property, Lydia goes above and beyond for each and every client.

Lydia has enjoys traveling both for pleasure and has been on numerous mission trips within the Bahamas as well as in Central America. A dedicated volunteer in the community, she helps as often as needed in distribution centers and shelters, children’s ministries, playing music, singing, doing visitations and in her free time enjoys fishing, camping, diving/snorkeling, sailing, reading and furthering her education.
