Born in the Bahamas, Shante’s family moved to the Turks & Caicos Islands when she was less than a year old. The TCI is where she grew up, enjoying all that island life has to offer.

Her formative years were spent attending Best Institute Primary and Wesley Methodist High School in Providenciales. In her youth Shante enjoyed playing team sports such as volleyball and soccer, as an adult she has taken an interest in the game of tennis.

Her working career began when she went to work part-time at a restaurant while she was still enrolled at school. Once her studies were completed she began her career in hospitality at one of the most prestigious beachfront resorts in Turks & Caicos. Working as part of a large team and enjoying the time she was spending with resort guests, Shante enhanced her experience by branching out into different departments within the hospitality industry.

She found she has a passion for sales and has completed numerous courses over the past several years to increase her knowledge always sharing that information with her co-workers, friends and family.

Shante has recently completed her TCREA real estate exam and Coldwell Banker Sales Associate training material and looks forward to continued learning with online and live classroom sessions via the various Coldwell Banker Sales Associate platforms. She believes that great customer service is paramount to developing solid relationships in the real estate business.

Having secured her first co-listing so early into her real estate career Shante is ready to share her knowledge of the current real estate market and love for the Turks & Caicos with her friends, family and future investors.
