Sol Harbour has 152 units in total; 140 studio apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments. This 620 sq.ft. Studio is located on the highest floor (Floor 7) of Tower 2 and is a corner unit. Each building at Sol Harbour will have two elevators and a concierge desk in each lobby. The unit will be delivered with the provision for the purchaser to install air conditioning units of their choice. There will be a 40ftx14ft community pool, clubhouse, and 24 hr security.
