This property is 14 and three-quarter acres large. It’s already been approved by NWA. The subdivision is actually in effect right now. It’s divided into 40 lots. The most minor lot is a quarter acre up to one-third of an acre. Two of the lots are designated as common area use because of the size of the project. Another lot, a smaller lot, is also designated as a tank/reservoir. The land has water and electricity. The plan is to have a complete development in that we are putting in all roads, curb and channel drainage, and water pipes. Everything is just mainly for an individual to build and connect.
