This property is 14 and three-quarter acres large. It’s already been approved by NWA. The subdivision is actually in effect right now. It’s divided into 40 lots. The most minor lot is a quarter acre up to one-third of an acre. Two of the lots are designated as common area use because of the size of the project. Another lot, a smaller lot, is also designated as a tank/reservoir. The land has water and electricity. The plan is to have a complete development in that we are putting in all roads, curb and channel drainage, and water pipes. Everything is just mainly for an individual to build and connect. The road is slated to be 40ft wide. A stone and retaining wall is 180, 60 to 7ft long by 6ft high and 3ft wide. All the trees are clear. That doesn’t necessarily need to be in the way. There is an exceptional view looking over the southern coastal highway.
