Each bungalow has the same design and a living area of 72m2 (775ft2), 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open kitchen and a dining room with a seating area. The special construction ensures a constant freshness, so that the air conditioning is not necessary. All utility installations are present in each bungalow.

The large pool of 200m2 (2153ft2) next to the restaurant is equipped with access for the disabled people, a small wading pool for toddlers is also provided next.

The restaurant is known as one of the best top restaurants on the north coast and registered by Tripadvisor. Fully equipped and furnished and can accommodate 30 clients, some customers may come from far to enjoy the gourmet cuisine in this heaven of peace.

At the entrance to the property is a house with two bedrooms, bathroom and a small kitchen for employees who work in the park, as the gardener and the cook of the restaurant.
