Aruba’s Airport Just Broke an All-Time Record
Travelers keep flocking to Aruba, and the island’s airport is reporting an all-time record for passenger traffic, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The island’s Princess Beatrix International Airport reported passenger traffic of 3.2 million, a 14.1 percent increase over 2023.
That included 30,604 flights, with seat capacity rising by 15.4 percent to 1.96 million seats in the calendar year.
The growth was across all source markets, but the Canadian market showed particular promise, with an 18 percent surge in traffic.
