Cody embarked on his real estate journey in 2014 with Coldwell Banker Cayman Islands Realty, where he obtained his CIREBA certification and developed a comprehensive understanding of Cayman's real estate industry and market dynamics. Seeking adventure before settling down, he temporarily left the industry in 2016 and relocated to New York, where he lived and worked until the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Upon his return home post-pandemic, Cody transitioned into sales with the largest media house in the Cayman Islands, establishing a robust client base through extensive connections with local businesses and advertising agencies. This diverse background positions him with a unique advantage in effectively marketing properties and fostering relationships with a broad spectrum of clients.
As a tenth-generation Caymanian, Cody's lineage traces back to William Eden, one of Cayman's earliest settlers and the founder of Pedro St. James. Furthering the legacy, his great-grandfather, Ira Thompson, initiated the national museum to preserve Caymanian heritage from fading into history. This rich family history of innovation and preservation has instilled in Cody a profound love for the islands, a sense of responsibility to protect their lands for the future, and a dedication to assisting others in finding their home in Cayman.
Approaching real estate with an unwavering commitment to honesty, Cody places transparency at the forefront of every transaction. His goal is to demystify the buying and selling process, empowering upcoming generations to secure their own space in the beautiful islands we proudly call
home.
