Katherine Weech is an experienced sales associate and appraiser with a wide network of contacts in Bimini, the fishing community made famous by Ernest Hemingway.
She's been involved in the sale of a number of resorts, homes, luxury condos and vacant land. Katherine has also prepared numerous appraisals on high end condos, homes and vacant property.
Katherine joined Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty in 1999.
She and her husband, Marty, own other businesses in Bimini which has served her well in the real estate field bringing her in contact with a diverse circle of visitors and home owners.
